Communications/Dispatch Center Manager
Community EMS is a leader in the emergency and non-emergency medical transportation industry with a growing national reputation for service excellence.
We are currently searching for an individual to lead our newly renovated, state-of-the-art Communications/Dispatch Center located in Southfield, Michigan.
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must possess the following minimum requirements:
- A proven track record managing/supervising employees in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience in budgeting, project management and customer service
Emergency dispatch experience
- An Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- EMD Certification
- EMT Basic licensure preferred
- Considerable knowledge of modern communications technologies principles, practices and methods
- Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations
- Knowledge of System Status Management
- PC and applicable software proficient (including MicroSoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Paramedic
Community EMS has immediate openings for qualified
EMS professionals for both FT and PT Paramedic positions at our

Requirements:
- Michigan Paramedic License
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License
- ACLS Card
Responsibilities:
- Administer medical treatment and transport sick or injured persons
to or between medical facilities
- Assist in emergency treatment at medical facility by initiating any
advanced life support procedures
- Administer drugs or initiate IV en route to another facility
- Administer medical treatment in a caring and compassionate manner

establish treatment consistent with state licensure and local protocols
